Performance Indicators

Performance Indicators help both Assura Leeds and patients monitor the standards and quality of our services and ensure we are consistently delivering the best service possible.  When we have services established we will monitor them against a range of Performance Indicators, some examples of which are given below:

  • Patient satisfaction
  • Clinical outcomes
  • Waiting times
  • Value for money

The above list is not exhaustive and as services go live we will develop specific Performance Indicators for each service.  More details will appear here in early 2009.
